So there is one document. It runs to a single page and a photographic appendix. It arrives on the first. It has arrived on the first every month since 2017.

Every dirham in and out, reconciled. Works completed, works advised, works scheduled. One page.

Images taken during that month, not marketing photography. Dated, and kept permanently.

Fiscal and legal
Taxe d'habitation, syndic, utilities, declarations and notarial matters administered and evidenced.
